You, your representative or local government
The court may terminate the placement based on an application presented by:
- you, your guardian or your representative
- the rural municipality or city government of your residence
In addition, the court can terminate the placement by its own initiative.
Your doctor
Your doctor must inform you, your representative and the local government
if your condition does not require continuing with the involuntary placement. You can be released before the time initially set by the court.
